Please review our sizing information carefully before ordering. Due to the limited nature of our products, THE REDS does not offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or personal preference.

RETURNS

Eligible items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered unless an item arrives defective or THE REDS sends the wrong item.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days after return authorization is issued.
  • All products must be in brand new condition.
  • All tags, protective materials, dust bags, shoe inserts, packaging, and the original shoe box must be included and undamaged.
  • The shoe box may not be used as the shipping box. 
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not satisfy every condition above may be refused and returned to the customer.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Contact contact@theredsny.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photographs of the loafers, soles, packaging, and shoe box

Do not return an order without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, processed, or credited.

Receiving return authorization does not guarantee approval. Every return is inspected after arrival.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are subject to availability and limited to one exchange per order.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original pair and shipping the replacement pair. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. THE REDS is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address.

When the requested size is unavailable, approved customers will receive store credit instead. Store credit does not expire unless otherwise required by law and cannot be exchanged for cash.

RETURN INSPECTION

Returned merchandise is inspected before an exchange or store credit is approved.

Footwear showing signs of wear, including sole marks, creasing, scuffing, stretching, odors, dirt, or damaged packaging, will not be accepted.

When a return is rejected, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs required to send the item back. Rejected merchandise that remains unclaimed for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned where permitted by law.

RETURN SHIPPING

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, international shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs charges, package-protection charges, and return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Any shipping cost deducted or charged in connection with an exchange or return is not store credit.

Normal leather grain, minor color variation, texture variation, natural markings, and slight differences between individual products are characteristics of genuine materials and are not considered defects.

Damage caused by improper sizing, normal wear, accidents, moisture, improper storage, neglect, unauthorized repair, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Approved defective-item claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate and as required by applicable law.

FINAL-SALE ITEMS

The following purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited unless defective or incorrect:

  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Items purchased using a final-sale discount code
  • Archive, sample, or clearance items
  • Preorder or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • International orders
  • Orders identified as final sale on the product page
  • Items purchased through a third-party retailer

Discounted items include products purchased during sitewide promotions, launch promotions, holiday promotions, or with promotional codes unless otherwise stated.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND ADDRESS CHANGES

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Requests submitted before processing are not guaranteed. A submitted cancellation request does not mean the order has been canceled unless THE REDS confirms the cancellation in writing.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct size, color, shipping address, apartment number, and contact information before completing checkout.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Contact us promptly when a package appears lost or damaged in transit so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Orders marked delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for replacement or refund. Customers should verify the shipping address, check surrounding delivery areas, contact household members or building staff, and submit a carrier claim when applicable.

THE REDS may require signature confirmation or additional identity verification for certain orders.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they:

  • Reviewed the product description and size guide
  • Selected the correct size and delivery address
  • Understand that eligible returns are limited to exchange or store credit
  • Understand that worn footwear cannot be returned
  • Agree to this Return and Refund Policy

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
